The EARTHWORKS Group works with state and local jurisdictions after major storm events to assess damages and prepare engineering reports to determine the extent and cost of repairs.  We work with the Emergency Managers and Capital Projects staff to design repair projects for state and federal disaster relief funding, then provide technical support during the bidding and construction phases.
